Geez I normally only weight once a week on Wednesday but was going o. For my yearly labs this morning so was curious☹️I explained to my dr I’ve never weighed this much in my life. She is going to look and see if maybe my hormones are out of whack. Will wait for results.
It’s so discouraging when you do everything right eating exercising and the scale don’t move. She said my age too is a culprit ☹️I told her AGE is not my friend lol
