Weighed in and I’m down 2lbs since last Friday
131.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 49.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Joe, I’ve kinda been starving my body and finally realized I had to increase my calorie intake. Just shocked my body I guess.

Thanks you guys, still figuring this out as I go, have walked nearly 100 miles since I started on this app. I had a friend look at how I was eating and was told I have to stop under eating; I was starving my body of nutrients.

What a great drop! Im so happy for you! Im taking that advice and upping my calories this week also. I think Ive been doing the same thing as you, eating too few calories and body hanging onto every one for dear life! Great job!

Thanks Windy Day, it wasn’t till a close friend of mine looked at my rdi and the number of calories I was eating, he is on this app also and told me I was starving my body and once I start upping the calories and with my current exercise strategy I won’t plateau as much
