TBH, the only reason I don't eat that stuff is I don't keep it in the house. Not always easy to avoid out in the world, though. Take it as a lesson learned, move on, get back on track, and you'll be fine 👍

Me too. Since snowmageddon hit last week and now possibly another foot of snow (30cm) in the forecast for this week, my food choices have been all comfort foods 🫤
