Geez I guess we will see what measurements say on the 1st. Dr said just to weigh once a month but don’t think I can do that. I do once a week it’s just so discouraging eating right, exercising and nothing☹️have a great day everybody💕

I know what you mean. I always think I could have eaten ice cream. But sometimes it goes like this. And we are getting healthier!!!

Yeah I take measurements once a month curious to see what they say. Dr says age is not helping me any lol I just love that word A . g . E 😊but I’m not giving up. Just hit 50 workouts on Hevy app so that’s encouraging and alot of of nice people there that do encourage me😊

What did you find that helped you get down from your high weight?

I am thinking I’m eating right and strength training I might need to start adding in more cardio. Also my carbs are always high due to I do eat a lot of fruit. Surprising just what one orange is in carbs☹️

I only eat berries carbs low high fiber. especially raspberries
