@liv001 yes also I’m changing the way or when I eat trying to eat my heavy meals breakfast and lunch and keeping supper light plus giving up a snack now just once a day instead of 2 to 3 lol

Yes I agree I used to do low carb for a couple days then have a good carb day it’s like a jump start
