I have been slack, over eating chocolate and other goodies. but I'm still under 90kg so I'm ok with it.
day one of full commitment. need to find an accountability buddy

Me too, had a ten day break from counting as on holiday in CHCH, not too much nonsense but not weighing til Ive had a week back on the wagon.
