Yes! Totally back on track now.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Feeling much better now. I should plateau soon around 188-189lbs. Drinking almost a gallon of water a day as well
