Okay.. Up a bit. But that's okay :) this is a long term, lifestyle change . Not a crash diet.. The next weigh in will be better :)
75.7 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
