Yes I’m settling in to the higher fiber diet. Lots of nuts and Dave’s bread. Spinach salad only no romaine anymore. Carrots celery and cucumbers everyday. Sunflower seeds with yogurt as a nice dessert.

Keep up the good work! I'm a total fan of higher fiber. Really keeps me full without too many calories. Heavy hitters I go for include chia seeds, blackberries, and the spoon size shredded wheat & bran
