Off sick, so dropped a lot of water weight
75.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh No, so sorry! I had a bad virus some time back and was laid up in bed for three weeks, I lost 10kgs and thought wow!!! But, after two days it all went straight back on, all I lost was WATER!
