So far, doing ok with my food intake. Evening / Nighttime food craving is my biggest challenge so far. Hope everyone had a good year so far.
Not sure if I need an update for fatsecret. My pie graph %s are all off (for example)
Protein 66g 22% Fat 71g 51% Carbs 75g 25% (71gFAT is 51% but 75gCARB is 25%??)
I guess my question (if anyone knows) is ... Are those percents relative to my RDI or my food for the day, or something else?

If you look at the bottom of a daily food entry, you will get the macros for your day in the pie chart. IF you click on calendar for the month, you will see the averages of you macro percentages for your month.

Oh and yes, the macros are based on your percent of total food consumed - not grams. So 75grams of carbs does not mean same percent of total as 75grams of fat. It is a comparative chart.
