Been swimming for last few months so strong/more muscle but have also allowed myself excess post dinner treats which I need to moderate.

Also need to get on scales more often, used to be daily or every other day and now it's around weekly.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.0 kg a Week
