Surprised by the loss this week, between sitting in hospital waiting rooms and eating out, I would have been happy with "no change." I've been "given the day off today," so will try to catch up on some things that need doing around my house, and "eating normally." And try to get in my scheduled walking. Have an 80th birthday to attend tomorrow night, so will be controlled by what others choose to serve, but will watch what goes in my mouth as best I can. Next week will be better (think I've said that before!!)
64.3 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
