Hoping it's real fat loss from diet and exercise (because I did lose a few lbs before) but know some might be from dropping birth control two days ago? Whatever..I'm claiming it lol.
113.3 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 45.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
