Although I haven't follow my diet very closely recently, there is still a significant drop. I am extremely happy about it!! A few days back I started to check my calorie intake again and I want to keep up this trend.
68 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
