Yesterday was a hard day, I was a little bit down and ate everything I could. But today, I am back on track!
Did some HIIT today during fasting before my classes!
68.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
