Same weight! YAY!
Have stablished small goals, so the first one is to lose 0.8kg until the 19th. Then, I have 10 days to loose another 1kg, and so it goes! Let’s do this!
67.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
