I was craving for a chocolate yesterday, but didn’t have in! I am happy now for that, because it is worth making little sacrifices everyday!
I have 9 days to loose 1.8kg! Let’s work for it!
65.8 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You could try some cacao nibs. it gives off a chocolate taste (REALLY dark, non sweet ones) but eventually it grew on me. I have about 1-2 tsp a day when i really crave one.
