twice a day work outs and cutting calories further is really giving me crazy results. it feels so good to feelin control of this weight!!

When I took this weight loss seriously, I did not drink any of my calories what so ever,
Liquid Calories are not filling they are wasted calories 😅
(Soda, oils, butter, ranch, sour cream, juice, etc)
I replaced. Them with :
Diet, spray 0 calories, no juice, mineral water, mineral water with flavor, water, coffee ☕️
