twice a day work outs and cutting calories further is really giving me crazy results. it feels so good to feelin control of this weight!!
109.9 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I would never work out so much, I don’t think it’s necessary to loose weight but if it’s working for u 👍🏻

When I took this weight loss seriously, I did not drink any of my calories what so ever, Liquid Calories are not filling they are wasted calories 😅 (Soda, oils, butter, ranch, sour cream, juice, etc) I replaced. Them with : Diet, spray 0 calories, no juice, mineral water, mineral water with flavor, water, coffee ☕️
