ok, ANOTHER small weight gain, I am really trying not to lose my mind..:(.. can anyone PLEASE help me understand why this is happening?!

Not to be weird, but is it that time o' the month? I gain like two to four pounds BEFORE and sometimes during. Or, it could be excess fluid. Hope this was helpful. C:

It's about probably a week or so before, I've heard that picking up some weight during that time, how do you get rid off excess fluid?

You won't lose weight every time.. how often do you weigh yourself?
This is my little routine.. Sunday: wake up, go to the bathroom (seriously helps) and then weigh myself naked.
Try it :) you may be surprised!
