I actually cried this morning with happiness - I am finally into the 80's.
I was in the double digits for 5 years, but i spent a hell of a lot longer in the 90's weight bracket so to finally get back into the 80's and move down towards my final goal weight....well really nothing compares to how that feels.

So bring on 80kgs baby!!

recently had diagnosis of heart disease so have to get this weight loss thing happening! I'm struggling getting mt cals below 30. I thought of increasing cheese into each day but am a little nervous. ...any suggestions would help. Thanks
