Back on track from today. Goal is to loose 10kg in four weeks.
89 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It’s totally achievable. Daily cardio and being careful about what you eat.

When calculating in calories do the figures use “cooked” weight or “raw” weight. Eg steak or fish etc

Hiya Hugo I too am now back on track as from yesterday. I just need to remember to Eat less and Exercise more!! Portion control. Good Luck
