End of week weight in. Peed on a ketostick for the first time this week and was solidly in the middle of the colour bars. Had bad cravings Monday and Tuesday but by Wednesday they were reduced. Energy levels also crashed until Wednesday but yesterday was a complete 180 where I was focussed and clear all day long.
