Took a week off exercise, starting up again on Sunday, going for a 6km "fun" run.. :d Lost a little, I'm guessing it's because of the water I've been drinking... yeah!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
