Ty kaybuckeroo, it was really good. My mom used to make it when i was a kid. I have bombed it in the past, but this time it came out great. I think my cooking is improving. 😊

Tyvm, nikeit! Last night i kept trying to impress upon rm that the brussels sprouts were restaurant quality, lol. He doesn't like them (and most of the things i am eating) so he can't imagine paying for them, haha. I am proud of the soup! I used the last of the garlic bread and a half stick of kerrygold unsalted butter, so it seemed destined to be good.
