Good morning, fs, and tgif!

It is cold and snowing, but it is that super pretty Christmas card snow, so that is nice. Rm went up north last night and the dog is being kind of a pill. She is my dog and i am her person, but she still likes to have all her human minions around to be at her beck and call.

I am still eating/snacking way too much but i am feeling rested and ready to work out again. Going back to some things i heard at the beginning, like as long as you don't injure yourself there is no wrong exercise, do what you like, if i am moving, it counts, etc. I liked officially39's idea to just do something once a week. Idk, gonna think about it. I like to over-complicate things, but really it is eat less, move more.

Hope everyone has a good day and is on to a fun weekend!

Thought of you at yoga Tuesday. I had skipped the week before because I had a cold and going back this week was bleh. I was all, "you told Jengetfit you can do anything once a week so get on that mat!" I think we all do that over complicate thing. You know what's funny? I think the yoga thing can help us in this eat less, move more game. The instructor on Tuesday said not to worry if you had to let go of a pose early or had trouble doing a pose at all. What was important was to be mindful of your breathing and your body....be in the moment. As long as your mindful about eating less and moving more, who cares what it looks like? You do you. You're eating/snacking more than you'd like to be right now but you are staying accountable and staying in the moment. So, you are still on the right path, you are just enjoying the sights a bit more right now! Sorry for this long comment, I had tea today. CAFFEINE.

Love it when it first snows - it is after it has been around a while and the snow ploughs have made huge gray piles that is stops being pretty and becomes a hassle - at least you don't have to shovel out to go to work every morning so that is great!! I am counting more things as exercise including getting out to the laundromat or going shopping - anything where I am moving around and bending and twisting - even some heavier housework counts for me - just the moving helps with weight loss and keeps me away from the kitchen! Just do what you love even if it is dancing around however you want to in your puppy paw pants!!!! Have a great weekend Ms. Jen!!!!
