Looks like the pictures I TRIED to post from my phone last night did not appear along with the journal entry. Here are the photos which were supposed to have been attached: (1) the actual piece of bread I ate; (2) the Jumbo Shrimp (which was on a bed of caramelized Brussels sprouts (but I didn't eat them, because I looked them up online and the recipe calls for 1/2 cup of sugar); (3) the red wine (I only drank maybe 1/4 or less of what was in that glass!). It was from one of only about 30 bottles made in that year (2001).
