Yesterday was a GOOD DAY! I got in my 64-oz of water, stayed within my RDI, recorded every morsel of food and lost 1-1/2 pounds this morning! WOOHOO!!! Yesterday we started Daily Accountability 2019-#20 with 57 participants AND we started the Swimsuit Slimdown Part 2 (SS#2) with 79 members! When I went to bed last night I was up-to-date on all of my Administrator "duties" (self-imposed!) I make these detailed charts that list all of my challenges that a person has been in and what their results were, what WOE they are on, what their weight goal is, I put their picture next to their name, record what their starting weight is, when they joined FS, and if this is their FIRST challenge I send them a PM that explains how to maneuver the challenge. My Kentucky Wonder String Bean plants are flourishing! They make me so happy when I go out and visit them on my front deck each day!

Your brand looks so good. Too cold to plant for me. My neighbor out in some tomatoes. But the ground is too mushy.

My best friend always had a garden. I always thought it was so great that she could go into her back yard and get free food!
