Happy Monday, fs fam! Last night rm wanted his fave pizza and i had him order me a personal pizza, which i totally devoured. It was great, but i went way over on calories and it woke me in the night kicking my gut. They don't have salads on the menu, but rm got them to make me a salad in support of my efforts, isn't that nice? #saladgang!! Seriously going for groceries today. 😇

Ty to erikahollister and hcb for telling me about IF and sleep. I did not know. Ty too @tomlong and stevenlloyd for the support and advice -- you two, and tomlong's wife and daughter, are my fitness heroes. Today is the first day of week 5 of my challenge. I have 🙌🌞 and t25 ript up. I guess the fat isn't going to melt itself...

The grocery store? I'm sorry, but I'll believe it when I see it :) I hope you enjoy getting out and shopping and that it is quick and painless for you. I only go when I have to, too!

Haha, nike -- already rationalized one more day. Burgers from freezer, potatoes, beans and salad today. I know it is ridiculous.

Haha @becca! What are the steps to getting "unrestaurant" into the general lexicon? We all should unrestaurant from time to time, even when we are not on the road for vacay!!
