Yay! Thank you, SK! 😂🙌🏻 I wish that were true, I must say. 😭 The last time I had such amazing looking pickled onions was on a raw vegan portobello “burger” at this amazing restaurant that had closed many years ago. I’ll never forget the taste! I grew up with a lot of pickled foods that I ate straight out of the jar as a kid.

They are sooooo easy to make! Please try. 👍👍 1 large thinly sliced red onion 1 qt Mason Jar or other container with lid 8 oz red wine vinegar 4 oz simple syrup or grenadine 1-2 tsp sea salt Dried spices/hot peppers as desired ▪️Stuffed sliced onions into jar ▪️Bring other ingredients to boil ▪️Pour into jar (top with water) ▪️Seal and let sit for 48 hours in fridge And then yum them up!!

Ahh thank you!! Screenshotted and texted to the hubby! We’re definitely doing this. I didn’t know they pickle so quickly. I just love how all your dishes sound and look so incredibly complex, but once you break them down, it turns out they’re pretty straight forward. You and your wife are creative culinary geniuses though, I must say that again. 🙌🏻🤩
