Kilcir Aw hun where you in nz? I love this app its showing me what foods are high in fats and calories. I love my food and have to eat good so 2nd day into my day hun and I know to eat least or big lunch low dinner😋😁😊

It's my knees I have challenges with🙃 I've been using the app since the 21st October. It's so useful but was stressful when I weighed myself everyday. In saying that it helped me come to the conclusion that carbs make me put on weight no matter the calorie restriction and exercise. I decided once week weigh in would be less stressful. I only need to lose 1.5 kgs a week but my brain thinks I need to do that in a day🤔😆

My pet peeve is not being able to upload the photo I take of everything I eat. I take it with my camera but forget to take one in the app. By the time I remember all the kai is gone haha!🤣🤣

, 👌🤪 aw like me I forget to take pic of my kai then ops to late lol aw yes knees take a pounding as well as our feet hun you will get there. 3rd day tomorrow at the indoor pool I find it way better on my feet to exercise and water resistant is great. Aqua arobic gurl wahoo Ive fallen in love water arobic I'm not shy on showing my skin no more it's about my health and really everyone's in water arobic for there own reasons 🤔😊😊😊😊💦
