Been eating a little bit differently over the last week., just to see what would happen., had a couple of ice creams., probably about a handful of beer battered fries., cple pieces of white bread, a few lollies during that time well.
My conclusion is, I really don't miss any of those things and I believe the path or life style change I am on is perfect for me., my weight has significantly dropped from 107 to 94 as of today and my BMI reading for fat has gone from 30.1 to 25.6 as of today., it's the small gains lmao
originally I wanted to just get under 100kg., then it changed to 95kg., now I'm going to head to 90 maybe 89 and see how I feel about it., right now I'm feeling very proud of my efforts.,
