loss of 0.2 each week for last three weeks, not really my goal of atleast 0.5 bonus is clothes are fitting differently now, should have taken measurements as that might be where it's showing the most
96.4 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
