Recently I got a snazzy retro set of drawers from a local op shop and it came with a full size mirror. It's the first time in my adult life that I have had a mirror like this, I always thought they were for vain skinny chicks and buff blokes (super judgemental I know), but in the past few weeks Ive caught myself perving... at myself! 🤣🤣🤣 It's a weird but nice feeling to be able to appreciate the way I look.

I've been sticking to my plan and its taking a lot of forward thinking but I know its in my best interest and that it will get easier the longer I stick to it. I've been a bit slack with the extra exercise this week but have still maintained my deficit (without starving myself)... I must admit I'm a bit of a flake, make all these amazing plans but then at the end of the work day I'm like meah 🙄 it will all work out.
