I have a question
we are in Northland so it's not cold enough yet (well ... is it ever really cold enough?) for stews/boil ups/soups that kinda thing so I have some time to problem solve... how do you guys go about tracking it? I mean I know how to track individual meals/portions etc but with a stew I usually wack a whole heap of yummy stuff in the crock pot then just dish it when it's ready. If you enter the ingredients individually and then split into portions would that be best? I'm in the "one bowl could have more veggies/meat than the other, so it won't be accurate" mind frame... am I over thinking it? or what are your guys systems/suggestions?

it's been over a month since my last post. I've had my massive ups, and my massive downs but over all things haven't been terrible 😅
my weight hasn't changed, but far out not to be vain or anything my body is changing in some gooood ways! my boobs are getting bigger and my tummy, thighs and bum are getting smaller so it's a win for me! I was previously wearing size 24s that were cutting me in half and just this weekend I bought size 16s 😏 finally getting my sassy back and I intend to keep it. my puppy has been keeping me busy and doing wonders for my anxiety... well until I needed to leave him with a friend for the night 😂

well, this weekend brought an unexpected surprise 🤣 we ended up with an amazing 9 month old beardie x staffy and maaaan what a handsome guy!! we went out for our very first walk this at 6:30 😳 this morning but ugggh I'm in love. my step count has already sky rocketed and we will be going for a walk tonight too 😊

Man what a weird week!
my boy returned a positive result on Monday and the I did yesterday. we are quite fortunate to not get real sick but it's still thrown me. I haven't been tracking what I eat so Im kind of in cringe mode 😬. roll on Wednesday and a negative so I can return to work and get away from the fridge
