Its been a wee while since my last update, so thought I'd jot one down before I get out of bed.
Work has been quite busy this week, and will only get busier over the next few but so far I have managed to stick to my plan ( I'm not restricting any thing in terms of food groups, just KJs) which I am super happy about. This week has also been a challenge for my emotionally/mentally. I over think, get anxious and then self sabotaging more than I think is healthy... so I had made a couple more changes to my plan to help combat that. I have booked in with a local councilor who I start seeing late Jan and I have also decided to get back into running. I used to run 2km easy as so that will be the goal, last night I ran two laps of the fields at the local rugby club... I almost threw up a few times in between trying not to die 😂😂😂 but made me feel better and sorted my head space. I'm rather excited for the new year for a change,things will be so different and I can't wait!
