Fasted 17 hours. I had a yummy black bean burger with bacon, spinach and the last of the pimento cheese. I thought I had more homemade in the downstairs freezer, but I couldn't find them, so I had a morningstar farms. Definitely not as good but Still yummy.

😋. Jen, I had a meal yesterday that left me feeling yucky, so today I am checking in with myself and eating somewhat light. I thought of what you posted the other day, about you eating what you were craving and felt like eating. 👍
