It's been awhile since I've seen the scale go down and forgot how nice it feels. Still a long way to go but I think I got the formula right this time - not so much about the workout but it's really on the food, not so much about rapidly losing the weight but more on gradual but steadily loss.

I swapped my coffee for green tea and rice for sweet potato. It's making a difference in keeping me away from after meal cravings.

And recognizing that this is a journey and should be equally focused not on end goal only but on the the beauty and grace along the way.

Love your body, you only got one.
