joined the gym and started using the treadmill got some good gym music i feel prettt focused get in do the job get out it will be day three at gym today plan is 5 weekdays and then weekends off. trying to have some balance as once i get qn idea in my head im all and quite driven i am figuring out whst wilp work best woth treadmill have settled on a progressive incline routine to get the heart rate up have been sitting on dame weight for a couple of weeks so am thinking am probably plateau ing. not too worried as i have been doing well consistent and as th3 saying goes its q mqrathon not a sprint.
