Was there something in the weather? I was hungry all day yesterday!? I put it down to not having enough protein in my brekkie shake, but maybe it was the cooler weather .. wlel done sticking on the LCHF thing, that's the way to do it .. sod the calories, you stuck to the most important thing :)
