Im in my mid forties, mum of two and grandma to one. 12 years ago I was 120kg. I lost 40kg and became a qualified personal trainer. My weight hovered around the 80kg. However by the beginning of 2012 it had crept up to 89.3kg. So I knuckled down and got to 64kg but I was excercising 3-4 hours a day. But I felt awesome. Then at the beginning of 2013 I broke my ankle and finally got surgery on it a the end of 2013. I still have ankle and back pain(I fell when I broke it) from the accident so have toned down the training. The last two years have been hard and I have been depressed and comfort eating. So am back up to 82.9. Time to sort it out. I have been reading up on high fat low carb lifestyles and how they can help with inflammatory pain so Im giving that a go. Im sure losing some weight will help my back too.
