Thx ginome !! You won‘t regret it🍅 I roast for 3-4 hrs in a low oven (275 F) after drizzling with EVOO that I poached a couple heads of garlic in. You to use EVOO + minced garlic but it tended to burn. Sprinkle with salt & fresh parsley before roasting. Extras can be vac-packed & frozen. Enjoy!!
