I have walked 18 days in a row! If I can just walk another 1/2 mile today, I will have had at least 1-1/2 miles a day for seven days. I said last week that I was going to try to start doing 1-1/2 miles, and I did it! Thankful that my knees have been accommodating. They still hurt, but not enough to not be able to walk in my house. I praise the Lord for the victories! (I am NOT a disciplined person!)

Did the other half mile - 7 days of at least 1.5 miles a day (two of them over 2 miles!)
