day off gym today feeling exhausted so food to have a break day cycling in three days on one day off which is way better than it was no days off. am pleased with how i am looking clothes all feel oversized so starting to buy t shirts in smaller sizes am not making the same mistakes i make time and again of feeling i have acheived my goal and then going back to old habits mostly feeling like i have good energy am sharper in my thinking way more mindful of what i eat and how much and way more diciplined especially with small treats dont eat any fastfood now or drink alcohol which is paying dividends in my mood and general wellbeing am off blood pressure meds have reduced antidepressant med by half gp saying i can come off metformin for diabetes if next blood test is good so progress being made. just need to stay mindful about becoming complacent. stull have a few k to go but on track
about 2.7 k to go and review will get a body scan at gym to guauge results in terms of body fat percentage and biological age just before xmas have a xmas team linch coming up so will be strategic about what i eat and how much religuously track calories and activity levels and calories expended on point with macros water and relaxation as best i can and managing stress ovwrall doing ok stay humble and grateful
