well xmas has come and gone i did well over insulged once too much chocolate but really in the geand scheme if thibgs did well went clothes shopping today for work and leisure got a quite a haul and have gone from 3xl to large for me that is really something got some workshorts size 34 the standard seems to be 32 so im pleased the new sizungs all fit me am used to wearing oversized clothes still needing to make a mental adjustment to wear clothes that fit without belly hanging out all over the place still find it a challenge to wear tee shirts that actually fit they feel a bit tight compared to what i am used to a good reward gor a big effort last year am dat 2 into 2023 will pace myself better at gym maintain my slight calorie deficit get sufficient rest in manage stress at work better by intentionally pacing myself a lot of my business is actually me getting over invested at work hope everyone is having a goo d day
