Yesterday a friend of ours died. A mutual friend introduced us to him a few years ago, and he was a very special person that we felt lucky to get a chance to know. So i kinda threw my program out the window and had a few shots. This a.m. I feel like crap.

So i broke my fast at 12 hours and made peppers and onions and eggs with cheese, a hashbrown patty and English muffin. I will get back on track.
