Well, I topped the scales at 200.2 this morning. I can't believe I let myself get back here. I've gained back over 20 pounds of the hard-earned 75 I had lost. I'm still not seeing an end to this in sight.
90.8 kg Lost so far: 26.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We have all been there and not given up on you. You need to carb detox somehow. It's taken hold of your brain. You go for the same stuff I did. Once the gaining/ eating crap starts its so hard to stop! All our reasoning goes out the window. I wish I had the answer! Try try try to see the carbs are messing with your brain chemestry like a drug. For me, i try to think of them as my poison because they are my poison. Keep trying, you know your switch will flip and you'll get back to losing. Maybe start with walking?

Hi Debbie, I'm still supporting you my friend, just haven't had access to the internet much the last two months. I've seen you through losses and gains over the years, but I'm really hoping this time you can at least maintain your losses until you're ready to get back on track. So sorry for all the family troubles you've been going through, it makes it really difficult to focus on healthy eating when you're surrounded by so much chaos. Holding you and your family in my heart.

Dear Debbie, I hope and pray that this coming week will be calmer in your household and that your daughter and grandchildren will come to realize how blessed they truly are to have you and your husband in their lives. Maybe while your daughter is at work and the children are at school you can find a moment to do a little walking again. I recently started exercising again after being sidelined for a few weeks and even a little bit of activity feels better than being sedentary like I was. May God give you the strength and support you need to make positive changes.
