Still very limited in what I can eat, as I don't want to get anything in the hole where my molar was (or get it started bleeding again). So, had a CarbMaster yogurt for breakfast. For lunch, I just had some homemade sugar-free ice cream and some of my baked apples (THOSE were a lot more carbs than I was anticipating!) For an early dinner, I had a Crispy Inside-Out Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Later, I had one beef hot dog frank. Then, for dessert, I had Orange Creamsicle Ice Cream, which I can’t enter into Food Log until I put the recipe in my Cook Book. A 6-1/2-oz serving only has 1.4 CARBS, though (195 calories, 18g fat, 2.8g protein)
