Eating consciously today. So far, so good. Didn't do the scale this morning, too much of a rush. Pants are bigger. Messed around with free weights yesterday. I'm still strong, went right to the 10lbs, did 3 x 10 reps with no problems. Maybe I'll try that app that gives you a random 5 minute fitness challenge each day and see where it takes me. Had my three bites of mac n cheese for lunch today. Not feeling a salad right now, will add to the dinner feed.
