Update as of 1/26/18:I'm a mom with three kiddos ranging in age from 21 to 9! So, no more chasing babies. I am 40 now..ugh. I work from home, but drive up to an hour away from home various times throughout the week for appointments for my job, seriously a dream job, just wish the pay was higher!

At the end of last year I was so mad at myself and sick of feeling bad, so that switch in my finally flipped and I was in the right frame of mind to make a change. Ketogenic diet and Intermittent Fasting were my new interest and so far it's been great! I feel so much better, not bogged down, I don't hurt all over like I used to and my cravings are gone!!!
